We’ve had friends visiting for a couple of
weeks, 3 ½ weeks in England, 1 week in Finland with only 4 days in between for
laundry and packing. Needless to say, it’s been a busy couple of months. Now
that we’re settling back in, I’m trying to catch up on the blog. I’m obviously
behind on what’s been happening but hopefully I can catch up over the next week
and a half. Otherwise, we’re busy tidying
the yard and enjoying our vegetables and flowers; trying to clean out all the
cobwebs and spiders that have settled in over our holiday, catching up on
laundry and just getting back into the swing of things. Alex is finding new
card tricks to learn and exasperatingly trying to learn French, Mauri is
getting his expenses cleared off the table so that he can set up his recording
equipment and have a little fun and I’m trying some new recipes and crafting
too many things at once. Yep, we’re back to normal.
