So far, I've done a Squatting Challenge, Crunch Challenge(fail), Listening to an Album Challenge, Learning to Play the Guitar Challenge(problems with no calluses on fingers). None of these challenges have convinced me to continue every day but I am exercising regularly (I'd forgotten how good it feels), I am listening to a variety of music and still listen to an entire album when I can and I've decided to continue with the guitar challenge, for at least another 30 days to get those calluses in place. So, for the month of July, I've set myself 3 challenges. Every day, I will be blogging, learning German, and learning to play the guitar.
I think that my biggest challenge will be the blogging but I'm looking forward to it. I can't promise that all entries will be entertaining or thought provoking but I will try my best to keep it as engaging as possible so that you'll want to see what comes next. Okay, I'm in. I'm going to try 30 days of yoga. It is so helpful for my neck but it seems that I just can't keep at it.
